social development of the community.

of life that was once attained within this downtown neighborhood of
Over the last 20 years SNDC has championed the development of over
150 low-income homes in the neighborhood with various construction and
contracting partners. They have also added 150 middle-income homes for
the purpose of bringing more families to the neighborhood.
Summerhill has proudly been the development catalyst for many
projects including but not limited to Greenlea Commons Townhomes, The
Orchard subdivision, Richmond Heights, Hotel Capital Park Atlanta.
SNDC is solely responsible for the producing the Summerhill
Neighborhood Reunion Events which includes a Gospel Fest, Prayer
Breakfast and parade which takes place annually in June.
The 27th Annual Prayer Breakfast will be held on June 7, 2014 at 9:00 am.
